  I had an appointment at Movement 101, very effective movement analysis. The guys really know their stuff.

  No shortage of weights or equipment. Very big gym and you have it to yourself before 5pm . All classes free with membership which is keenly priced

  I joined this gym 6 months ago thinking that for such an attractive price I should give it a go.. I never regretted my choice and now I love going there as much as I can during the week after work. There are a lot of different classes you can choose from and the staff is very welcoming and friendly... I would recommend it to anyone no matter if it's your first time in the gym or if you are a regular gym goer.
