  Dreadful customer service from the bar and restaurant staff, food was nice. Pool was dirty and facilities too. Would not recommend or return.

  We had a few complications checking in, but only a minor blip. The staff were so friendly and helpful in resolving the issue at hand. Our room was lovely and clean, very comfortable too. Only issue I would have is the shower wasn't powerful enough (but hey everyone to there own). Breakfast is lovely and so is the bar food. The girls in the spa are so nice I really enjoyed my treatments there, highly recommend guys.

  Always lovely. Food and staff lovely. Bar area is very cosy. Not to expensive. Go there again

  Beautiful hotel but food and service a big disappointment. Bar staff very slow to move, restaurant staff not experienced, putting bottle of wine on table, screw-top cap still on botttle, mistakes on menu. Found a hair in my pavlova twirl desert. The list is endless. I was sick over Christmas so I thought Id go here for a break. Beautiful part of the country but I will stay somewhere else next time.
