  Absolutely disgraceful service order a pizza waited over an hour and rang them to c what was up and they told me it was delivered and paid for to my address when I never received it. Manager had no explanation for me and hung up the phone on me. Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering for this branch again.

  Have only eaten there, never got delivery but staff were polite & helpful, pizza was very good, chips fine. Would have thought it ideally located, should make it more inviting looking, used to walk past before during day & think it was closed. Parking as such is on wide path

  No sign of my order after an hour. I rang the shop and I knew they had missed it (ordered through Just Eat). The staff member lied to me and told me it was ''leaving the shop now'' (shop is 10 mins drive away max). The pizza arrived an hour and 45 mins after I had initially ordered. Management not willing to deal with the issue and told me to ''feel free to put up a bad review''. So here I am...

  Just ordered a small delivery. It came and although I ordered 2 fantas they didnt arrive , I checked the receipt because I though maybe I forgot but it said 2 fantas were ment to arrive. When I showed the driver and told him I wasn't paying for products that didn't arrive he then persisted to argue with me and insinuate that I was to pay for them regardless..when I then refused he then told me that he's not sure because he's just part time and that I have to pay. I didn't he continued to be extremely rude about the situation so I proceeded to call the branch and explain the situation and once again I was treated in an extremely rude manner by a female on the phone. I just wanted to get two fantas with my order. I'm not paying for them if they don't arrive. That is not my own mistake but to be treated rudely over the beaches mistake is ridiculous and i will never use branch again.
