  Traning with gary and the crew for a few years now and it has become part of my daily routine now. Attention is paid to everybody no matter what level you are at and I have never felt uncomfortable which can be a big turn off for people. Well done guys keep it up. Best gym in Santry

  Without a doubt best gym I've been a member of. Streets ahead of the big commercial gyms around the Santry area. If you're heard about Crossfit and are interested in learning more about it, get in touch with Gary and the lads. Give it a go you just might surprise yourself and actually enjoy going to the gym!!

  Our team has been training with Functional Strength & Fitness for the last few years. Gary and his team are very passionate about their work. It is the best gym in Santry. Very well equipped gym for any type of training
