::Found what I was looking for! Lambs liver - fresh. Better than pate in terms of nutrition I believe, which is my original search. Anyway, very fresh products, looks like a clean shop, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Points can be collected for offers as per receipt (given when asked). Lambs liver available all year round. Disappointed beef liver isn't but understandable as staff said it isn't as popular as lamb. If it is available it usually comes in around winter. Will be back again. Happy customer! Oh and the liver was very reasonably priced!

::Ditch the slop and glued together horse parts you get in supermarkets and see what meat butchered by a professional with generations of knowledge is like. FXB are an institution in Dublin. Worth a trip to the city to pick up something here alone.
