  I visited Gallaher & Co. with a group of friends for dinner on a Saturday night. Overall we had a nice experience. Pros: Food was in general quite good. Fish cake (singular) for starters and lamb for mains went down well. One of the party said the burger was one of the best he's ever had. BYOB is a nice touch - beers for the boys and wine for the ladies. Good location if you're eating before a night out in the city centre. Cons: Food quite expensive for what you get - €8.50 for one fish cake is a bit much even if it is tasty. The cheesecake is not really cheesecake in a traditional sense - more like a chocolate tart topped with a load of cream - again tasty but disappointing if you're expecting cheesecake. I ordered from the prix fixe but was charged for A la Carte. They charged corkage for all the beers we brought in, even before we had opened the last two. Service was initially quite slow, but improved throughout the meal. As I say, overall good meal and experience but I can't give more than three stars!

  Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Serves breakfast until 4pm 😁. Friendly service. Not too expensive.

  I really like this place. great coffee too. lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. nice and cosy but big enough for large groups. I haven't seen it busy in the day time yet. bathrooms and whole building is spotless clean also.

  Nice place and location. Was a busy Saturday night but service was still very good, efficient and friendly. Food was excellent and you can take your own drink.
