::Recently bought a shed from them, I was comparing few companies, they were the best value for money I can get, and looks good online too. As I was not in a hurry so, I wasn't pushing the delivery date, they said it would be 3 to 4 weeks lead time, and I was fine with that. It was delivered less than 3 weeks, they organized a day and time that suited me and assembled within an hour. After they finished putting up the shed, they told me some of the panels were accidentally broken during construction, and they would come back next week to fix it. I waited about 2 days that nobody was contacting me so I rang them, they said they would come back the next day, and they did, the broken panels were replaced, and I can say I am a happy customer.

::Poor or total lack of communication. Prior to order we were told 2/3 weeks delivery. Once we ordered this changed to 4 weeks. In the meantime total silence radar as to when we will actually get our shed delivered.

::The worst customer experience ever. Upon confirming 2 weeks lead time I ordered small shed (€659). Two weeks stretched to 3 and 4 subsequently. In the meantime nobody bothered to contact me to inform about delay. I had to make numerous calls. The customer service line is a dead end, but if you call sales, you'll get right through??? Shed finally arrived one morning and my only hope was that they will be able to redeem themselves with the quality of it. Well... they didn't. Front panel had crooked angles instead of vertical and horizontal, but they were happy to install it anyway. When pointed out, they had to consult their lever tool and decided to take it back. When they came back next day I pointed out bolts drilled in at funny (not) angle - pics uploaded and asked them to fix it. They said they will - but never went near them. When called them about discrepancies between website specifications and installed product I was told to look and compare with tiny website pictures. At that point I gave up. Three months later there are numerous gaps between shiplap siding and doors are falling apart. Overall every single person within this company I had contact with had no care nor respect for the customer and the product quality is shocking.

::The mistake I made was paying the full amount up front. Shed was supplied with the wrong door and over a year later it's still not sorted out. I've called so many times I've actually lost count, I've spoken with 4 different people and nobody has ever called me back. They came back out once a couple of months after the shed was supplied but they brought the same door that was on the shed, someone got the docket wrong. Ever since then I've been given numerous dates for when it would be sorted but been let down each time without so much as a phone call. I've been nothing but nice and patient with this company but they have no regard for their customers once they've been paid. I would never normally do reviews like this but I've been left so frustrated by this experience that I felt I should warn others. Steer clear!!!!!
