  N.G.S.L Excellent services, clean, knowledgeable and friendly. Andy was an excellent worker and fix the problem with my boiler and got everything up and running very quickly. Diagnosed what the problem was immediately and went about remedying the fault. I recommend and will be using no other firm again. Five star service.

  I have been dealing with Gas Services for the past 10 years and all I can say is that it is one of the most professional outfits I have ever encountered. I deal with their North Side Office and I have never been let down. Each time I call either it be for a service or a call out they always arrive when they say they will. I have been dealing with Andy and Mick and they are a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday and today Andy was sorting an issue out for me with my boiler and he is a great example of what excellent customer service is about. He explained the problem to me in layman's english, no jargon and I really felt that I wasn't ever going to be ripped off. This even goes down to the response I get when I call the office to ask for a call out. The staff answering the phone always make me feel like they know me and genuinely want to help. It has been a pleasure dealing with this office and I hope we have many more years of service to come. Well done all. A great example of what the services industry should be providing in terms of service.

  Superb service by a competent and pleasant engineer (Paul) who arrived on time and did a very tidy job. He was a credit to both Gas Services Ltd and his profession. I won't be using anyone else in future, highly recommended.
