::Lovely hotel.... great rooms and staff...fab location to explore Limerick. .... only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the hotel restaurant...... Italian fare which I tried one of my evenings and it was awful. Worst lasagne I ever had..... pity otherwise it's the full package.

::Small hotel perfect for short stay to explore the city. Friendly staff. Restaurant, Italian, serves delicious food and is not to be missed. Rooms are quite small (our family one was anyway), though that is expected for a city hotel. Shower was very poor - took ages for water to heat up, I mean a long time, and then it was difficult to get the temperature right. Lack of storage in bathroom too, and a cracked sink. Noisy wardrobe (something wrong with the door which meant opening and closing meant a horrible grinding noise). No fridge. No pool and lack of entertainment means it is a mini break destination for adults rather than a family hotel. Comfortable beds and good blackout curtains so we slept well. Ask for room as high up as possible to avoid street noise (including the rolling of kegs in and out of the bars across the street). Very central to everything. No bar (you can drink in the restaurant but it's not the same) but great bars across the road and nearby.

::The room was nice and clean. The food was excellent. My only issue was the shower curtain rod. I prefer the bars that round out to keep the curtain from sticking to you. Enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to others.
