  Very very disappointed! Had booked in for service for 11am during weekday to the drop car off and then had to go back to work (doctor in the hospital, during break), I had clearly expressed it during booking! Arrived early to find no sign for the centre, rang the mechanic who told me went away to pick up another car!!!! Told me would be back soon, I waited 30 minutes and got no phone call back so decided to ring again and got told that he was stuck in traffic and would be over a hour!!! I explained that I had booked in for 11am and specifically expressed that I am dropping the car and would have to back to work!! I couldn't understand why you would book someone in for a service and then go off at the same time of appointment. Extremely poor service, would not recommend at all to anyone!!!

  Having been a customer of German Automotive for more than 6 years, their knowledge of all things Mercedes is virtually unrivalled in my experience. Dedicated to perfection, service is always efficient. The highly tooled workshop is one of the cleanest I have seen in the industry. You get what you pay for and if you are interested in maintaining your Mercedes to the highest standards with no shortcuts taken, then this business is worthy of consideration.

  This garage is efficient, professional and very fair with pricing. Their customer service is excellent. I have dealt with them regularly for over 10 years and do not hesitate to recommend them.
