::Not good. I'm very disappointed with the service. First, made an appointment with me and I was waiting more then 30 min downstairs without an information about the delay. Second, they call me for the meeting but nobody has the decency to pick up the downstairs and guide me to the office. Once I arrived to the floor I was looking around try to understand which person would guide me to the office because they were talking relaxed. After I finally went to the office and they asked me to pay 306 eur for the appointment, that by the way passed already with all this time waiting. Then I was left inside a room alone one more time waiting more 10 min. After I talked with the Solicitor, she gave me the hope that will try to see what can do to help me and will give to me a answer about at least in 2 weeks. I was waiting all this time and after days passing from the date she told I sent e-mails and no reply from the office just on third e-mail I received an answer saying can't help sorry. No more information about why.
