  Gillian and her team found us a brilliant property in Blackwater (usually people aren't keen on dogs but Gillian found us a the perfect place, exactly what we needed) They were always very accommodating when we contacted them and they always tried to work around our schedules when we were busy moving houses . We have been renting properties for about 10 years now from various estate agents, but Gillian's team were very professional, very prompt to get back to us and most of all, very friendly.High recommend them!

  I've recently just started using Gillian Hayes property letting. I was giving their name on recommendation from someone living in the area. From the very first meeting with Gillian I knew it was the right decision. She was so nice & listened to what I wanted. Both herself & Claire are a pleasure to deal with, always so friendly & helpful. They are both so professional & get the job done. There was no delay in finding tenants. Would absolutely recommend them.

  Contemplating a move to Wexford, my wife and I called in at Gillian Hayes Property Letting to see what was available and were given what can only be described as five-star treatment. Gillian and her sister Claire could not have been more helpful with their advice and recommendations based on their intimate knowledge of every part of the town. We knew immediately that we were in good hands and that Gillian and Claire were not going to waste our time looking at places that they knew would not suit; also, their response to messages and queries was both immediate and helpful. As our move was from outside Ireland, they also offered advice on banking and sorting out all the paperwork associated with setting up local services for the first time. In the end we found a property in Co Clare and sadly never did get to see the job through with Gillian and Claire. That said, I cannot recommend their hands-on services and professionalism highly enough; without a doubt, a top team.
