  Very poor service. Staff have attitudes and never smile. Waffles are good, crepes are a hit and miss. Strawberries sometimes are not fresh.

  Lovely selection of delicious icecream, can't fault flavors, however very pricey and portions are not humongous for what you pay

  I get the worse customer service in this shop.. I come to this shop when im really craving chocolate and always leave unpleasant. And i keep coming back thinking that it might have changed. I really suggest that they train the trainee how to make crepes before they let them make it for the customers. The reason why i didnt ask to re-make the crepes is because i didnt want the trainee to feel bad as its not her fault that she does not know how to make it its just lack of training. I even asked for Americano with my order which was given to me after i finished eating the crepes cuz it was supposed to be made by the trainee and when i asked for the coffee they told me to wait then took the coffee after a long wait and it was very watery 😔 when i asked for new one after the long wait they staired at me unpleasantly and made me wait few more minutes 🙄 to make me a new one. The time before this visit was the same as well the trainee made my crepes and they were willing to serve me the crepes but the crepes were burned. So i had to ask for new one at that time and asked to be made by the other staff. The trainee was blushing and i felt bad, but i cant eat a burnt crepe. I highly suggest that training should be done before to avoid any embarrassment to the customer and trainee.

  Pistachio and the Ferrero ice cream are my favorite. I ordered a waffle with those 2 flavors and it was very good.

  The milkshakes are liquidish ! When you ask them to put more ice-cream to make it thick, they don’t listen. It happened to me 3 times. I wont go there anymore
