I love the cafe here; beautiful affordable food, all day breakfast and extremely friendly staff and some lovely little things to purchase like scarves, jewellery and books for example. Nice quiet location lovely walk.

19th century military barracks, 20th century refugees center for WWII orphans, 21th century center for peace and reconciliation... It took a long time for this place to reach the peace in it's fullness as it is now. Hope history of this place will not repeat itself.

Superb as always. I love coming here with my partner for tea and a toasted sandwich. The thick cut ham reminds me of being in my aunties as a child. Happy memories.

Brought my kids to some of the places I hostel ed in as a teenager with my friends..It has not changed too much which is good..but the centre itself has been so modernised..It will always hold fond memories for me and I got a great kick looking at my children explore the German military graveyard.

If your out for a cycle or drive and your heading to the Sally Gap then stopping off at Glencree for a coffee is a great idea. Plenty of parking, nice food and refreshments and a lovely place to walk about before heading off again. Off course if your that way inclined and have time you can drop into the church and say a pray for a safe journey before heading off again and taking on those hills that seem to go on forever if you cycling and don't be afraid to get off your bike and walk because you wont be alone because only a monster could climb those hills without refueling first. Enjoy.
