  Rented a car for an hour, it got a flat tyre after hitting a pothole. They were closed when I rang them and the emergency number they provided was also closed. Was not refunded for the time I lost and was billed for a new tyre and mechanics time. I checked the original tyre, it had 4.5mm of thread left, meaning it had done 10000+ miles and I was billed for it because I happened to be in the car when it finally went. €4 for the hours rent €50 for new tyre €45 labour Total €99 If you are considering using this service, I'd give serious thought to this story as potholes are not exactly an uncommon thing on Irish roads. And you have no way to check for studs or glass in tyres from previous drivers choices before setting off. Also as surprised as I was by this move on the companies part, I can only imagine what you would be charged if a larger part went while you were using it.

  I love the idea of GoCar. I am only giving 3 stars because of the state of their cars. I discovered recently that they are neglecting the cars. They are dirty from the inside and out side. Also smaller cars like Hyundai I20 do not have air codnitioning, I think this schould be a standard now... esepcialy for the price they are charging!

  Generally works great, though I already had two issues where the car couldn't start because of technical problems. Gocar is always available by phone and solves it by offering a different nearby car. (Used gocar around 10x now)

  GoCar is a great idea and a great service! You save thousands every year using their service because you no longer need to own your own car. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is living in the City and doesn't want to buy their own car. Also all of the staff are legends, special shout out to Charlie Kings

  Fantastic service and superb value for money. Opening the car with the app is amazing. I use it for work and at the weekend no need to own a car. Thanks GoCar
