  Beautiful apartment, really cosy, and nicely decorated, feels like a home away from home, also stocked with fresh milk, tea, coffee and breakfast options, would definitely stay here again

  It's a shame I can't give this no stars because that's what it deserves. Who or whatever I was talking to on the phone was the most unhelpful and unprofessional person I have ever encountered, that whoever hired her should be embarrassed and ashamed that she's treating paying customers like actual dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Left us standing outside for 45 minutes in the rain at 10 at night because she said there was a problem with our payment. Then refused to answer the phone to us when we tried calling back. We sent messages and left voicemails and she didn't even have the common curtosy to call us back and then had the audacity to turn off her phone. After 45 minutes she eventually sent a message saying we would have to pay a 250 euro deposit, even though . had rang earlier and were told there's no deposit. Ended up cancelling and going to the Staycity apartments, where the lovely lady managed to accommodate us in 5 minutes, I would highly recommend that the staff at this "company" take note. I would rather pay someone 100 euro to spit on my face than ever pay that sort of money to stay in this joke of a place.

  Worst experience dealing with any company in any country I’ve been in. Booked and payed for the apartment, never received a confirmation email and when I rang was told they couldn’t give out the address of where we were staying as we hadn’t paid yet. Arrived at the apartment and was told it would be 15 minutes until they could let us in. The woman on the phone was unbelievably rude, and then never called us or answered our multiple calls and texts. After over 45 minutes stood in the rain we had to cancel the booking. So rude, whoever runs this sham of a company needs a swift reality check. Would give 0 stars if possible. Don’t bother booking.
