  Great burgers. Chip portions a little small and a bit more expensive overall than it should be (with all the new burger joints around now)

  Went here yesterday (03/01/18) and was disgusted with the food and service. First of all I don't understand why you have to go up to order at the desk, it's just inconvenient. I ordered the 6lbs 'Classic Burger' which I ordered medium well (when she asked) and the Chilli chicken nugget bits. I was actually shocked when I learned that it was €8.50 for just the burger by itself with no fries. But I thought I could be worth it. Service was poor and took about 40mins to get our food. The burger was laughable, just a simple plain old burger which definitely wasn't 6lbs. My friend got the same but 4lbs and both burgers were the same size. It was a pretty miserable looking burger just sitting alone on an empty plate. €8.50. it had a strange rubbery texture and looked like it had been frozen. I got 4/5 small sad looking chicken nugget things which were very oddly shapes, definitely frozen. The chicken was pink and jelly and tasted like old pork or something. When I asked the waiter she assured me it was chicken :S . Needless to say I didn't finish the porked flavoured jelly chicken. When asked if the food was ok by the waiter at the end, I told her that it was 'only ok'. I asked about the poor condition of the chicken nugget things and if they were frozen. She started arguing with me telling me it was all made fresh and that it was her favorite "dish". She left with a sour face. I apologise for being wrong since the customer is always wrong... 🙄 I spent a total of €16.70 on this awful food and I left hungry. Very very bad.

  If you enjoy bad service and queuing, just to order you’ll thoroughly enjoy your meal here..... Otherwise the awkward ordering system of being seated, then going to the counter to order is torturously slow and inefficient.Once you have managed to order your presented with a water jug with a thimble for a glass which has to be refilled approximately (7-8) times throughout the meal.The cherry on top for me was the complete incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff, forgetting drink requests multiple times and chatting standing in a group behind the counter here the mediocre food is the least of your worries. Overall the restaurant quality has gone seriously downhill since the company reinvented itself as a “trendy” “cooky” place to eat.It screams “hello fellow kids” and is a ill attempt to capture a younger market.Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend.

  The best thing is, they serve halal chicken. Delivious food and much recommended for sure.

  Even though the reviews werent great i decided to give this place a go. Thank god i did. When i went up to order at the till the waitress was very polite and helpful by giving recommendations. The burgers were extremely flavoursome and filling. A bit pricy but perfectly sized. No wait so be seeted(to be fair it was quiet).Milkshakes are good and free refils pay for themselves😂😂.
