  It's currently under mass refurbishment. They have compleatly gutted the place but I've seen the finished plans and it will be beautiful when finished.

  Absolute worst stay of my life. Horrible customer service, you get told your complaints do not matter, due the hotel supposedly shutting down. You have people trying to kick on doors and screaming all night. The beds are broke, toilets do not work. Showers are terrible, tv is from the 90s. I could go on and on. Do not stay in this hotel.

  I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel if you need wifi to get work done and/or communicate. There is only wifi on the first floor in the lounge area, just for me (and other residents) to find out that it does not work. The wifi said "no internet connection" for the majority of my stay, and when we confronted the front desk about it, they said there was nothing that could be done. Coming from another country, my phone could only function through the use of wifi which made communication, looking up restaurants, printing plane tickets, etc.. very difficult. I was in the middle of a job interview and the wifi connection shut off halfway through, causing me to lose connection and forfeit the interview. Also I would not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant! When I ordered a caesar salad, the waitress did not know what it was. She proceeded to ask me "if that is the one with white dressing"... My brother ordered nachos (which were on the menu) and they said they did not have any! Aside from being in a convenient location, I would not recommend staying here if you plan on spending some time in the hotel.

  Terrible customer service, treated us like dirt. Room was disgusting. They even tried to overcharge us by $60, and when we caught them doing so, they backed off, but later they submitted the extra charge anyway, and now I'm forced to dispute it. Do not go here.

  When we stayed here (April 2017), the hotel was very run down. I will say it was clean, but I felt uncomfortable in our room because everything was so shabby-- plaster missing, an old ironing board with holes & burns in the cover hanging on the wall, the tub was cracked, stains on the upholstery, and a very old, dingy bedspread (although it was covered in sheets) that didn't completely cover the 'King' bed (which was actually 2 twins pushed together). It was serviceable for one night and in a good location, but I would not return here.
