  Stayed here on my own for a weekend, while attending a course in Waterford City. No one there when I arrived at 4, but nice & friendly and apologised for this on arrival. Decor a bit old fashioned and wooden stairs, which made for a lot of noise with other guests arriving back at night. Nice breakfast served. Very convenient to the City Centre and nice view across the road.

  Very pleasant & friendly host (Kathleen) we has fruit cake waiting for us just after we arrived .. good clean B&B great Irish breakfast. .. good information about the area...

  Stayed here in the summer. Kathleen was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. And tea or coffee was available throughout the day. Located two minutes walk from Grannagh Castle. Quiet pub that serves nice food also two minutes walk away. Waterford city just a ten minute drive away. Would highly recommend this place.

  Decent BnB, but very close to a road so you should bring earplugs as the soundproofing is pretty non-existent (including to other rooms). WiFi spotty. Good breakfast, kind proprietor.
