  Greenstar own and manage the microchips on the bins and microchip readers on their lorries. So when either chips or readers are faulty why oh why is the customer impacted. twice in the last month my bin has not been collected because "the microchip cannot be read" NOT MY PROBLEM. I always pay my bills on time. Going by previous experience It will take at least 5 phone calls and as many days to get the bin collected. Sort your IT out Greenstar and if there is a fault at a collection point get your lorries to contact your head office before leaving the bin behind,. This is an appalling way to treat a customer.

  Good prices prompt collection and pay per lift payment, everything you'd expect from a decent bin company

  I needed a skip in north Dublin on a narrow residential road. Greenstar were very accommodating and delivered and collected on time. Good price too!
