The worst!!! Claimed that the sale of goods and supply of services act didn't apply to cables that clearly didn't work. Offered to make them work with my phone for 80 Euro. Bought a cable elsewhere that has been 100% since.

So my phone (iPhone 7 plus) wasn't turning on or charging so I brought it in. They got back to me pretty quickly saying that the logic board was damaged and the phone was irreparable. I collected it anyway and thinking it was destroyed I decided to examine it myself. I opened it up and found a single cable knocked loose. I reattached it and good as new!! I'm glad I checked otherwise I would've just recycled the phone. This is poor service from these guys, such a simple error that they could have charged me anything for and they couldn't find it and made it sound far far worse than it was. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied

Have bought 2 phone batteries from this company, one died after a few weeks and the second didn't fit the phone properly. They sell cheap Chinese replicas, recommend avoiding them.

THIEVES. You will be SCAMMED. Read below as I have first-hand experience dealing with these people. Giving them 1 star because I can't give them ZERO. Worst customer service I've ever had. They bricked my wife's Sony Xperia with their "unlock codes" that all failed. No refund, no apology, nothing. Empty promises, and they promised an unlock within a few business days and it took 2 weeks, only to brick her phone.
