  You get what you pay for here. No frills. Close to Luas stop. Friendly, genuine host and the bed was very comfortable. If you're not a smoker then maybe not the place for you. It's the guy's house but we were more or less left to our own devices and he was grand about kicking out time being a wee bit late. We felt safe and comfortable and would book again. Thanks Damien.

  Stinks of smoke in the rooms, absolute rip off live in landlord so dont expect any space. Avoid this like the plague.
