  Nice people at the reception white people in training the weights and the pool area are awesome and the changing rooms good also I would definitely recommend gym Plus to my friends

  Very dissatisfied with the gym seems to close when they want . Turn of machines when people are using them none of the heart monitors work on most of the machines Christmas times and New year's times are practically a secret and should be displayed given plenty of notice to people so they can plan around their holidays. I'm not one for given bad reviews and certainly don't make a habit of it but to say I certainly won't be coming back to this gym when my membership is up is an understatement Just tried ringing to see was it open and no answer nothing on Facebook page or answering machine Reading most of the reviews I'm fining it hard to see what people are talking about big changes in the last six months I think it may of gotten a bit of a paint and name change and the machines moved around

  I met with Lidia last Friday (01.12.17) and I thought that she was extremely helpful and very understanding of my goals for the gym. I felt the session to be really beneficial and I'm really looking forward to getting started. Anna had registered me who was also extremely helpful. The gym is nice, the rest of the staff are very pleasant and the timetable for classes is excellent. I just wanted to say thanks to you all again, see you soon.

  Huge improvements in the last six months. Staff very friendly. I gave negative feedback the last time I was asked to complete a questionnaire and I was very impressed with the way it was dealt with. Professionally and in a timely fashion!!!!!.

  Staff are very helpful and understanding , sometimes weights are left everywhere on the floor but other than that it's an amazing gym with an incredible pool facility!
