  I go around 4 to 5 times weekly. A very well run and friendly gym with some very motivating and inspiring instructors (especially Barry and Ellie). Reception staff usually very welcoming. Has a fairly large cardio area and two seperate areas for weight training alongside a cycling studio and a pool. Wide array of fantastic classes held with the spinning classes being my personal favourite. Would highly recommend!

  As I only use the pool, I enquired about the lane usage just before joining and was given the times pool on a sheet. I wasn’t told about the private swimming lessons and after replying to a standard enquiry from gym plus was told there are only half hour lessons at a time. This has not been my experience and usually only 1 free lane. It’s a well run pool, it’s kept clean etc. I do however feel it’s very swimming lessons oriented and this was omitted when I joined.

  Great swim and gym facility in Applewood villag, Swords. At 12 euro a somewhat over priced entry for non-members! Just saying!

  Great gym friendly staff everything you could ask for from a gym plenty of choice so your not left waiting on equpiment and the place is kept spotless!!

  No posers, not particularly friendly but not exclusive either. Pool and swimming lessons, with steam room. A variety of classes. Can almost always get parking, never too crowded.
