  I went there to get a ring a size bigger. They did not had it in stock and explained me that I had to wait 2 month. I was very disappointed. Staff said that I could choose something else but I explained that the ring was a Christmas present from my partner which I want go keep. I am very unhappy with the store manager. If it wasn't for an Christmas present I would never go there again! I had to repeat myself 3 times that I don't want a refund. Don't they want my money? Am I not good enough to buy something there? I had to sign a paper that I swap the ring into a bigger size. I saw than the price. I told her that it was a present and that I am not supposed to see the prize. She was than very unfriendly and answered very rude that she had to follow the procedure. I will report this woman to the authority's of her company. This woman stopped me to buy there again. I even think that I should take the refund and never come back there.

  spent 20-30 min trying to give them money on there website, how can a store with shops in Ireland not deliver to Ireland, wont shop there again,

  Very rude staff, plenty of better options in the city.
