  We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped hotel. The staff was friendly and informative about the area. Rooms were clean and had many nice flourishes. We will stay again if we are in the neighborhood!

  We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The first morning I arrived, the 6am front desk clerk was very rude to me and had no interest in accommodating my early arrival. I very much understand a room not being ready, but when I ask what the chances are of getting my room early and am blatantly laughed at, that is in no way appropriate. All the staff after this man were very friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

  Excellent, wonderful location. Ten minutes' walk from Temple Bar, O'Connell St. Five minutes from city hall and Dublin Castle. Fifteen from Trinity College. Reasonable rates. Stars for clean accommodations and very polite and competent staff. Front desk staff answered all my questions and even sent up a maintenance man straight away when my electronics blew a fuse. Wi-Fi reliable on the third floor. Amenities sufficient. Didn't try the restaurant downstairs, but we're curious. Beds were extremely hard, and both nights, I woke up bc of people in the hallway as well as whooping on the street below. Would recommend.

  Great Hotel, Place is Clean, Service staff super Friendly. The Beds are comfy Good and the bathrooms are very nice. Only thing which was specifically an issue with our room 107 was the air conditioning system was build directly in front of our windows and made a constant thundering noise and we had to pick earplugs. I'll be back at the hotel but be sure to make clear I want a silent room. Than it's a great place to stay.
