  Have done several orders with Handyhardware.ie and have not zero complaints with them. Pleasant staff, prompt shipping and arrives when expected. Any delays or queries have been answered generally on the same day. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

  For some reason my relatively small order was split into separate packages and over a week later one of them has still not arrived. After much confusion and hassle trying to get the reference numbers off them I can see that it is still in the depot. Very unhappy

  Ordered a small item on a Monday with the 2-4delivery days option. Got notice on the Thursday that it had shipped at last. When I order from online shopping and pay so much for delivering a small item, I expect it to be shipped within a business day. Wont be ordering again. I do appreciate you coming back to me, so in response to your reply; My issue here is that you promise delivery within 2-4 working days, but you don't even dispatch for 3 days, therefore, you should promise delivery in 4+ days. Dispatch time is the most frustrating part of online shopping, after being told that an item is in stock, it then doesn't get dispatched for a number of days. Its frustrating to say the least. As a frequent online shopped, I regularly pay more for an item simply because the seller promised next day/two days delivery.
