  I bought a used car from Harmonstown Motors just before the new year and I have to say I received absolutely excellent service from Luke and the team there. There was no pushy sales tactics and I felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door until I drove away in my new car. I rarely write reviews for anything but having bought cars from other dealerships before, I found Harmonstown Motors to be head and shoulders above anyone else I have dealt with. Amazing service, very friendly and approachable, would 100% recommend to a friend or anybody else looking for a new motor.

  Harmonstown Motors has provided me with excellent customer service and a brand new car for an astonishing price. From the moment I rang the garage I was dealt with by an animated and helpful woman. Throughout the process of puchasing my new Ford Kuga I was treated with the utmost respect and was allowed test drive the car, was provided with so much advice over coffee and I was so happy with every detail of my visits. Even the final processes of getting the car were quick and easy! Let me tell you, I've never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealership! For anyone enquiring about the facilities the garage has: they have toilets for customers, free hot beverages, an expanse of cars (both new and 2nd hand), free test drives and lots of staff just waiting to help. And don't forget to pop by Harmonstown Tyre and Valet Centre next door! After seeing my old car that I had traded in go from a pig sty to the spotless car it once was, I can definitely say that they work miracles in there!

  This was the third Ford dealership I visited and the only one where I felt I had a really good customer experience. I wanted to buy a new Focus Estate and foolishly presumed someone would actually want my money! I got nonsense from one dealership (told me the estate wasn't available on PCP), and an unhelpful attitude from another. I eventually got on to Harmonstown Motors (Luke McLoughlin) and he was the first one who really helped me out. He beat the other quotes by €1,500 and, when it became apparent it wouldn't be possible to get an estate to see for 8 weeks, he arranged a view of a 2014 model for me (the back of the car hasn't changed since 2011). If you're looking for a Ford in North Dublin, I would highly recommend Harmonstown Motors. The fact that they have bothered to reply to most reviews here (positive and negative) says it all really.
