Worst customer support ever. They just pretend to care and have no clue or powers to do anything. I called them about 12 times, coz the furniture they delivered had missing parts, its been a week now, and I still never received a single call back from them or the missing parts. The after sales is pathetic. The only reason some one would buy from a big store is for their after sales support, and if thats bad why bother paying extra. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the Manager from the bedding department at the store was a perfect gentleman. He heard my complaint and acted really quick. Five starts for him. I only hope their customer support learnt something from him.

Initially my wife and I had some issues when trying to buy a Garmin product in the Blanchardstown store. It turns out that what we required was only available online and we needed to work something out which involved a credit note we had from an unwanted present. We got in touch with the asst manager Keith Gilmartin by email. 10 days later I was picking up my Garmin product with a little discount included (which wasn't asked for) and off I went. I can't say enough about how professional and efficient Keith was in dealing with our issue. Very happy and will be back in a few weeks to purchase again for an upcoming birthday.

Generally satisfied with Harvey Norman. No better or no worse than most places. Find the floor staff very good. Knowledgeable, non pressuring and willing to answer most questions.

Terrible service! Purchased a dishwasher on 24th November and were told it will be delivered and installed by the 28th November. Over a month has passed since and nothing has happened. Every time we contact their store we are told "we are very sorry and will call you back with an update". They never call back and it is ridiculous at this stage. Very poor customer service. Their staff are like zombies and contrary to Harvey Norman advertisements of happy/smiley faces. Will never go near them again!

One of the worst customer experience ever. The post-sales assistance has been a nightmare. I bought several electric appliances (fridge, oven, washing machine and dishwasher) and paid for installation too. They promised a call in 48 hours to confirm the day we agreed for the installation. Nothing happened. I had to contact customer service several times just to listen/read their script to handle dissatisfied customers. After several days one gentleman managed to send somebody to deliver and istall the appliances. Unfortunately, things were not properly sorted. The two guys were arguing that there was no dishwasher ordered and I had to show them the invoice. One minute later a miracle happened. They found my dishwasher in their truck. All sorted? Not at all. They were in a hurry and did not properly install the dishwasher. The door did not close as there was not enough space between the door itself and the kitchen worktop. I pointed them to this issue just to get a rude answer and a suggestion to push a bit harder to close it. It worked for two times. I had to contact the customer service again and another gentleman was sent to fix the issue after some days. He discovered that the wooden board beneath the dishwasher had to be cut by approx. 1 cm or so but... they did not do it for me by claiming that their policy does not allow them to modify any part of the customer's kitchen. I would have accepted this answer but unfortunately for them Dublin is a small town and people know each other. It looks like that some other customers experiencing the same issue received a different answer and got the extra part of the wooden board cut. As per today I need 1) to contact a carpenter to fix it or 2)to buy a saw and fix it by myself. Time wasters, unconsistents, unprofessional and they don't keep their promises. I will never buy again from Harvey Norman. I hope that this review will help other customers to avoid a frustrating experience.
