  Big shop with large furniture section also large electronic section can be very buisy at checkout in sales lots of staff wandering around to help you good prices in sale

  Different replies when I asked about returning the item if it was faulty ect told me one story when I rang Customer Service nd a different one when I asked the lady where I purchased d item.Surely all staff should be trained to the same standard.

  Beuracracy like aomething from the 40's. Endless forms to fill out and still got rhe order wrong. Service in general is very poor
