  Member of staff said he was doing us a favour because "it (was) Christmas" when we were returning a tablet we had purchased a 3-year warranty on. This was after ten minutes of checking if there really was a problem when, like I said, we had a three-year all-inclusive warranty on the item. My sister could have frisbeed it out the window and we still would have been entitled to a refund. He did not offer us cash and gave us store credit even when questioned about it. He was very quick to send people over to pick out a new tablet for us, but luckily I had done my research this time (even though I could have purchased the same one online for at least 50 euro less). The woman who had recommended the first tablet to us made herself very scarce after my little sister mentioned that she was not happy. Maybe the branch is under bad management, but the staff were extremely rude and seemed not bothered. The shop wasn't particularly busy, and we were not being at all difficult, so I see no excuse for being treated like this.
