  Loved this pharmacy and staff until today, I suffer with peptic/duodenal ulcers and constipation, and when I went in last week they recommended a very strong laxative that resulted in a bad side effect. Have since learned this medication causes such side effects for those in similar situations to mine. So today, went in and asked for the mild laxative I know agrees with me well. The pharmacist was appallingly rude, insensitive and refused to sell me ANYTHING because of the side effects I reported from her previous recommendation. I just went to one next door and bought it there. Thankfully, it's already begun to work and as I explained, it hasn't caused a single negative side effect since. Thanks Health Express, it really felt fantastic to be treated like a druggie who wanted their fix, and then to be told that you, the pharmacist, know more about my body and tolerances than I, well that really just made it phenomenal. I really wanted to support this pharmacy as I've seen people robbing from them a few times whilst I've been waiting in line and the other staff are so genuine and kind, but whatever Pharmacist was working today, Saturday 6th January '18, you should be ashamed. I doubt "Dulphalac for children" is going to kill anyone anytime soon.

  Always had what you want and the staff are very helpful
