::When I started in Pro Fitness Gym I had the worst relationship with food and had been dipping in and out of exercise for years. It didn't take long for that all to change and for the first time I became really consistent and the weight fell off. It was all thanks to the trainers & the great atmosphere in the gym. I've been doing the small group training for about a year now and still love it. No matter how I feel going into class, I always feel great leaving. Thanks Pro Fitness!

::I started a 6 week transformation with Pro Fitness nearly 3 weeks ago. I was looking for a real shake up in my training to achieve the results I've only ever dreamed about. As soon as I sat down with Adrian for a consultation I knew I had made the right decision. His knowledge and attention to detail was second to none and he covered every question I had from training to nutrition . The training itself is some of the hardest sessions I've ever had but I am already seeing progress and results. Already I feel fitter and stronger and more importantly healthier than I have in years. This is a real gym where the team push their clients to the max and achieve unbelieveable results. The Pro Fitness team are top of their game, highly knowledgeable, professional and always approacable. I can not recommend Pro Fitness enough.Work hard, take on-board the advice from the trainers and you will get fitter , stronger, healthier and leaner than you ever hoped possible.

::Great gym - I'm not a sporty type but love the variety on offer in the small group training at Pro Fitness. It keeps me interested & motivated. Fantastic trainers, great nutrition advice & a great bunch of like-minded fellow members. Highly recommended!

::On my very first night in Profitness I was terrified looking around the gym watching super fit people doing rope snaps, burpees, lifting heavy weights, you name it. I felt completely intimidated and thought to myself there is no way I can do this but my thoughts quickly changed due to the friendliness of the staff and everyone else that uses the gym. Thankfully I went back the next day and the next and thanks to the continued support of the trainers Adrian, John, John & Rebekah I have broken that mindset and know actually yes I can do this. I have made lots of friends at Profitness and one very close one, who kept me going and we were great for pushing each other together. Don’t get me wrong it’s not easy and as soon as I think it is getting easier John & Rebekah will whip my ass back to earth fairly quickly. Never thought I would actually say I enjoy going to the gym and it is now part of my daily routine. I am fitter and healthier now than I have ever been purely down to the constant support on nutrition and training from Profitness. Would 100% recommend Profitness they are amazing guys to train with and give constant excellent advice on nutrition.
