::Take care. Broken glass on food prep trays for over 30 min with no one cleaning.. owner was aware of it as had seen the glass breaking but said if there is a complaint of glass in food he would deal with it then !!!

::What screw ups run this place? Long time customer since this place opened. They signed up to use Just Eat through which we ordered this evening 4 pizzas at 60 euro. JE included a special for a tuesday that we overlooked as happens. Happy to have paid full price for everything. What did Heaven's do? Cancelled entire order at 8.30 on a friday night. This itself could have been ok as we were ready to re-order at full price but the problem wasn't the cancelling or the mix up, it was the stinking rotten, rude and downright insulting attitude on the phone. He was awful! His response was in no way trying to resolve but painstakingly pointing fingers and all but calling me stupid for misreading a menu! So, 60 euro goes to another ballincollig business instead of Heaven's who will not receive my custom nor that of 4 other adults again.
