  I purchased a triton electric shower 8.5kw on 25/5/2015. the rubber washer on the sliding hose retainer wore after a period of ten months and rendered the retainer useless. A staff member at heitons castlebar arranged to have a service man call to my home address in ballyhaunis. The service man called in due course, I showed the faulty mechanism to him , He asked for the serial number of the shower, I produced the receipt, He did not examine the receipt, He then stated that he would have to see the shower, the worn washer in question would cost about 5cents in china. this shower was supposed to be covered with a twelve month warrenty. what kind of service is this to a customer of many years. the purchase cost me e194 .31

  They seem to be closed most of the time I'd go there. There opening hours are not the standard hours you'd have on most shops of this type. Closed at 17:00 during the week and at 16:00 on a Friday. Most places are there till 18:00
