  Hired a car from these Sharks 31/3/18,...the car given to us had so many dents and marks that were not recorded on the initial inspection,I called a Hertz representative to inspect and record with me all that i could see,a car from Gran Turismo would have been in better condition!!..When we returned the car the Hertz Inspection Rep made a B-line for the near side rear tyre from 5 meters! it was an obvious SCAM,he pointed out a pinch in the tyre 5mm and that i would have to pay for it...not a chance pal ..call your manager i said. You've got to pay for that tyre,theres no way we would send you out with a damaged tyre!! Then i showed them both the pictures an video of the car before i left their compound.There was the pinch/nick in the tyre...total SCAM because i had arranged my own damage waiver i recon. I hope you guys at Cork Airport are reading this and Head office take note!..How many good families do you get on this SCAM every day?. So folks if you're reading this,where ever you hire your car from video the hell out of the car before take it...SHARKS ...beware good people out there

  Had a great experience renting from Hertz for my recent trip. They were really friendly and helpful when I arrived (even though I was tired and needed everything explaining twice!) and didn't hesitate to sort me out with a replacement car when the first one had a minor issue with the back wiper. Also very efficient at the other end with no issues at check out. Unfortunately couldn't fill out the feedback form because I can't read the handwriting on the card but Tom (who gave me the card) was great and made sure I was happy with everything before I left.

  Absolutely worst experience ever in rent a car. Branch leader was rudest person i have ever encountered. He didn't want to rent me car without any reason, although i had all needed documentation and cash for it. He also declined to provide any information. He is ignoring company policy and guidelines since other branch in city center rented me car without any problems. I am highly recommending to avoid this place to rent a car. If you chose to rent with Hertz just go to city center to avoid time wasting.

  Really terrible Hertz location. Staff unhelpful and charged a surcharge that was not part of the booking for using a credit card (*even though it is forced and debit card is not an option) so the 'TOTAL to pay at location' price increased AFTER I returned the car and when I called to dispute it the staff hung up the phone twice. Steer clear.

  Phenomenal customer service - prompt, well equipped to reuse information from previous visits, great experience - go direct- took 50 seconds to book!
