  Pick up car so easy and dropped it back i would highly recommended these for car rental 2 easy steps and you drive out with car definitely go back to rent a car when needed

  Recommended - my Malaysian brother in law found other car hire places very unhelpful but Hertz were very easy to deal with. The SCR one opens on Sundays too.

  Great customer service , arrived at 5 I wanted to wait for 30 mints before reciving the car to allow time for returen within 24 hr as i had to drop my family to the airport at 5 next day , when the staff realised they check me straight away for 17:30 Return to airport branch at 17:50 (one day rent ) swift in less than 2 mints , no questions asked, many thanks to the gentleman driving the shuttle saw me struggling taking my own childseats came down give me a hand and carried the two car seats to the shuttle out of courtesy! Definitely coming back!

  Tutto sembra fatto per imbrogliare il cliente. Senza averlo richiesto e senza comunicarcelo, sono stati aggiunti dei servizi non desiderati in fase di noleggio (ad esempio l'Opzione Pieno Prepagato), segnalando come se li avessimo richiesti noi. Se non avessimo casualmente letto bene la ricevuta avremmo riconsegnato l'auto col pieno, andando quindi a rimetterci il costo del carburante. Inoltre, alla riconsegna mi è stato contestata la presenza di un'ammaccatura sulla carrozzeria sul paraurti anteriore sinistro) che avevo già notato quando mi è stata consegnata l'auto, ma che evidentemente non era stata segnalata per addebitarmi il danno. Fortunatamente avevo chiesto la copertura assicurativa totale, ma non è certamente il modo di trattare in cliente.

  Avoid this place like the plague. Well it may seem like you got a good deal with an apparently reputable company. But they will try every trick in the book to extract more money from you at the end with shady practices. Be warned.
