  DO NOT SHOP HERE. Unbelievable lack of professionalism in this company. We arranged to have blinds fitted across our house and French sliding doors. The fitter came measured, provided a quote and fitting date, all of which we agreed to and paid the full cash amount on the spot. The fitting day came, with no contact from Hilarys, when we called they informed us that the couriers where running behind and it would not be delivered this week. There was no communication in advance and we needed to take time off work to allow for the fitting. When we called to complain, the customer care service was shocking! There was no one senior in the customer service who was able to provide any detail, as apparently the sole manager was on annual leave for a week. When we requested for resolution or cancellation, they said they would cancel and immediately hung up on us. When we called back to understand the cancel refund process, they refused to agree that this situation had occurred. In addition to this during the process they blamed the individual who measured the blinds, outlining they were contractors of Hilarys. When we outlined to them that contractors or not we engaged with Hilary’s they continued to blame individuals in the organisation without any resolution being provided.

  Just got my second order from Hillary's blinds fabulous service very professional and Igor the fitter is fantastic to deal with great customer service skills well done will be back for my 3rd set of blinds in few years 😁😁😁

  Called to Hillary's today to get some brackets for my roller blinds which I misplaced during decoration of my house. Prompt and friendly service. Very helpful. Saw other reviews and was very surprised given my experience with the staff today. Well done to Hillary's.

  Awful experience. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude staff. Blinds frayed. Childproof chords left hanging loose. Replaced in a completely wrong colour and I was told "you are better off keeping them because Hillarys aren't going to replace them again". The reps don't work for Hillarys at all. Richard their representative told me that he gets paid €25 flat rate for a call out so the job "wasn't worth his while". I still have no proper blinds and I am trying to get a refund. Avoid, avoid avoid.
