  Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Nice balance of updates and charm. Off site valet car park very affordable and makes it easy. On-site restaurant very good for breakfast and dinner.

  We were upgraded to the executive suite and it was amazing. A view fight over Eyre Square and the hot tubs just down the hall. It was an experience. I would highly recommend using the outside hot tub as it gives an amazing view of the docks.

  The hotel is in great location and provided romantic historic spaces. The rooms range from very simple to larger luxurious ones. The simple rooms are overpriced. They are tiny, smelly, and they are not located in the main historic building. However, all rooms are accessed from the main building. Hotel has a nice small spa at the rooftop, but that closes very early during the weekend (5:30pm when we were there). Breakfast is decent and included in the price. Booking directly through hotel's web page can save you €5.

  wonderful stay here. the suite was huge. staff was lovely. great location, my favourite part of the experience was pulling up at the door and your car was taken for parking and brought back to the front door again when you were leaving. now that's 5star service

  I found my gem in Ireland. Love this hotel. I have stayed in several hotels all over Ireland and this has to be on the top of my list from quality of rooms to the staff. High compliments to management and staff. This will definitely be a must to visit during my trips to Ireland. I cannot wait to return for my next stay.
