  I had a great experience in dolier street the young man s name was jordan he was very polite mannerly and very attentive would highly recommend him to my friends and i will definitely be going back to have my hair done thanks jordan

  Love this place . Going 15 years is say. Great staff they are friendly , talented. Highly recommended

  I have been going to House of Colour Middle Abbey Street for many years now but had the most upsetting experience yesterday and felt I was treated very badly. I had an appointment yesterday morning for 11.30 for a cut and colour with the stylist I usually see. Today is my is birthday so it was supposed to be treat day as I travel quite a long a way. I am also 28 weeks pregnant. Having had the colour put my hair I was left sitting until after 13.00 with the colour still in. Then i was moved to the sink to be told that there was no hot water. Eventually had colour rinsed out and was left again to sit and wait. 14.00 and still no sign of anybody. I had become cold from sitting with a wet head for hours and was starting to get cramps....not ideal being 6 months pregnant. I decided that it was unfair to expect me to wait any longer and took off my gown and left with still a wet head and no hair cut!! My day absolutely ruined. I am not an unreasonable person and understand that emergencies arise. The point is that I was ignored for all that time with nobody having had the decency or professionalism to tell me what was happening, offer an alternative stylist, to go away and come back or something!!! I am still quite upset about it today because of the way I was treated and the whole day was spoiled. I will not be recommending house of colour in the future and most definitely will never be back!!!!!

  I was most unhappy with the cut and colour I got here. The hairdresser gave me this awful straw yellow colour and my hair seemed to be so thin afterwards, it was like it was falling out. I certainly do not recommend this place. I paid 160 yoyos to House of Colour to be so disappointed and ashamed of my hair that a few weeks later I went to a different well known hairdresser's to get it fixed. Also, i do not like the fact that a well established hairdresser cannot get it together to take debit cards. The resulting hair cut and colour having been bad, this was another black mark. Do not go here, they just want your money.

  One of the best hair dressers I've been to. Staff are so caring and friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone.. you won't be disappointed
