::I was surprised by how large the store is. Great selection of products and friendly staff. The repair team are knowledgeable and very professional.

::Terrible representation of an Apple Store. Some staff are rude and never seem to be enthusiastic/approachable about anything unlike staff at Apple Stores in every other country. Also their communication with Apple regarding Apple Care et al is poor. They don't seem to be in sync with Apple when repairs are requested. Unless you have Apple Care, they don't seem interested in you unless you're handing money over. The sooner Dublin gets an official Apple Store the better. I do have to say, The Store is neat and well designed.

::Bought beats earphones and found the sales staff pretty good and helpful. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my earphones and brought them in for repair..their "technician" apparently did a barage of tests and could find nothing wrong. I tried earphones again and problem was still there..ended up going to apple who replaced them accordingly..pretty lousy experience overall.

::Went the the store to fix my iPhone battery. Walked in and ask the guy on the reception. It was so funny because he was looking at his screen the entire time when I was talking to him. He directed me to the person in charge of services so I went. Similar attitude. Apple need to give the staff proper training such as they donโt need to be there if they donโt want to. Disappointed as I didnโt expect such service from Apple establishment.
