  I have just finished 6 weeks prenatal pilates and cant wait for next class :) Meleisa is great instructor, love her humor, it help you get through the difficult moments, its always great energy in the class :) I would love to recommend to every expecting mommy!!! I dont feel so stiff and it helps relieve my pains

  I have been attending Pilates classes with Meleisa for a while now and I have to say she is amazing! She makes her classes fun and challenging. She is so encouraging and positive; It is impossible to leave a class without feeling like you have achieved something. I have also attended her buggyfit class which I LOVED. It was brilliant to get back into exercise after having a baby with someone who knows exactly what it's like; Meleisa encourages but also challenges you to succeed. The classes are also a great way to meet other new Mums to swap stories and experiences with! I can't recommend Indigo Fitness highly enough!

  I am delighted to have plucked up the courage to go to Pilates class at Indigo Fitness. Meléisa is a most encouraging tutor and includes a bit of fun. Mind you she doesn't leave us away with anything. No matter how tired when starting you always feel great after those long stretches. There was a beautiful bunch of ladies in the group which makes you feel comfortable too

  I just finished a 6 week stint as a beginner..it's fantastic! Meléisa is extremely warm and welcoming...highly recommend Indigo Fitness to everyone and anyone!
