  I couldn't be so happy of having studied at this University in Ireland. People is fantastic, lecturers very qualified and the atmosphere there is amazing. Classes are small and everything is very familiar

  Amazingly unprofessional administration. The curriculum is all over the place. Instructors are generally nice but this place is definitely not at a calibre that would be respected internationally. Maybe it's okay for Sligo but feels more like a sad high school than a place of higher learning. Also, you can't go ANYWHERE around the school or grounds without getting facefulls of smoke. People smoke around EVERY door. Butts thrown around entrances. The place is just a hole. Unless there is a course here that you can't get anywhere else, PLEASE do yourself a favour and find another school.

  Could never get a job from the health and safety course in ireland or uk. Waste of time, money and energy for me.

  International student here. The IT is a great school but does have its imperfections. - It's layout and amenities are nice with a few places to find hot/cold food and beverages around campus, a couple convenience stores in and around the main building too. - Library is not very big but does the job. - Hours open so you can do work should be extended. - Knowledgeable Professors though the actual education system seems pretty laid back here. - Administrative staff are somewhat quick , but can sometimes be very unhelpful. - AIB bank on site (face-to-face/withdrawals). - Residences close-by with students include: Gateway, The Grove, The Village Clarion, Yeats Village, and Ard Nua.

  Excellent third level institution with great facilities for students
