  Overall a good experience. Very helpful and kind staff directly at the airport counter as well at the station. Got the car that I wanted. Car was somewhat clean but (especially the interior) not totally. After a few km the tire pressure warning came up and we checked it at the next gas station. Every tire had totally different pressures. We adjusted all to the same, correct pressure, restored the computer and everything was fine. The windscreen wash water was only pure water without any additives, so I had to buy on my own to get rid of the flies all over the windscreen. Summarized a good experience with some improvement potential. Would recommend this company and especially the staff!

  Everything fine, except that price when booking the car online was 15€ less than what was actually on the final receipt for no reason that I can see. Also the SATNAV maps were not up to date. But we got the car quickly, the car was fine and returning was without problems.

  Everything was good. Car ready and clean etc. I got a lot of help from the desk solving a credit card glitch as I was collecting the car. My only reservation is having been told to return the car full of fuel I spent too long trying to find fuel near the airport. Would have been nice to have directions on collection.

  This rental was exactly as requested. Price was terrific. Car was clean, new, exactly as described. I rented a Fiat 500 and this car served my friend and I just great: it was easy to drive on narrow roads, was great for parking in tight spots, fuel consumption good also. Counter help was friendly, helpful, terrific.

  Matched competitive pricing without any hassle. Very satisfied with car and service. Liked the ease of declining CDW by using World Master Card which saved a lot of money. Since I am 75, provided in advance statement of ability to drive from my Dr., Statement of coverage from World Master card and note from insurance co of no accidents in past 5 years. All the documents were acknowledged and accepted via email before arrival in Ireland
