  Started here over a year ago, have had great results since. Equipment is the best I've seen around Cork, literally a machine for everything and plenty of free weights. Would recommend to anyone who is anyway serious about fitness or bodybuilding.

  There's a convenient urinal in one corner, beside the leg machines. A conversation I had with someone who afterwards clained to be the gym owner: I came in one day and there was a guy sitting on one of the machines, in camouflage shorts and tshirt. He shouted at me from across the room "WHO ARE YOU CAN I HELP YOU" "Sorry?" "Who are you?" "I'm a member here" "How come I've never seen you?" "Sorry?" "If you're a member here, I would have seen you. So who are you?" "I'm such-and-such" "how long have you been a member here?" "Four months " "how come I've never seen you here before then? Where are you from?" I live here No, i mean where are you FROM, where is your ACCENT from I'm from Dublin You don't sound like you're from Dublin ... Where's your towel? Sorry? Where's your TOWEL? Do you work here? Yes, (this is the first indication that this guy works here) I'm the owner, where's your towel? I've never been told I needed a towel before. This guy said his name was Eddie, which is the name of the owner, but I don't know if this was really him. He could have just been someone with zero social skills who they left in charge of the place.

  My favourite gym in cork, fully equipped it's everything you want as a serious lifter. Chilled, get it done attitude, highly recommended.

  Best Selection of free weights in the city. If you love pumping iron, you will have found the place to be in Cork.
