  An absolutely brilliant gym. It has all the equipment to give every part of your body a thorough workout (which is what you want, if you're attending a gym). Very friendly staff with copious amounts of knowledge, and programs to suit every lifestyle.

  Absolutely amazing gym, fully equipped for all your weight lifting needs, experienced personal trainers on the floor at all times (even at 6:30 in the morning) ready to answer any questions you might have or help you throughout your programme. Whether its powerlifting, getting fit or weight loss this is the place to go.

  Very pleasant place, fresh paint and vibrant colors make the place feel comfortable and together with experienced staff can't imagine any better gym.
