  Used to come here every weekend when I lived in Waterford and the staff were so friendly. Always had a laugh and a joke with you no matter how busy they were. I moved over seas 5 years ago but every year I came back I always came here and they always remembered my order. This year however they've changed owners and it's such a shame. They clearly don't want to work there and have no customer service skills. I asked for extra mayo when I ordered and paid for extra, yet when I received my order and asked for extra the guy said "no you don't get it because you didn't say please". Maybe if you didn't have a head like a slapped arse I would've said please but end of the day it's what I ordered so just give me my food and be done with it. Food is still good, but not as good as it used to be.

  Just ordered food few minutes ago. It was terrible ! !!! Chiken burger meat wasn't nice at all hard to bite. The meat kebab was tasted like the food from yesterday.unhappy with this place. Never again im going to order food from this place !

  The best kebab & burgers in the Waterford city, specially the grilled kebabs and very friendly customer service, I recommend the food.
