  Disgrace of a company and certainly not someone I would use again. Had this not been a child's holiday I would of canceled the whole thing.

  Katarina in Barters helped us when my sister and I decided to take my six year old niece to Disneyland Paris. From start to finish, everything was organised for us - Katarina was always available to answer any questions, no matter how trivial, and she thought of everything. Her attention to detail was amazing, and I really got the impression that it was very important to her, and everyone in Barters, that we had the best holiday possible. The professionalism and personal touches from Barters helped make it a trip of a lifetime - thank you, Katerina.

  We've been booking our family holidays through J Barter, Douglas for over 10 years. They've never disappointed us with recommendations and we've always received excellent and honest advice to help us choose the best options. Sarah Brady has invariably handled our bookings and we're very grateful to her for always getting it right. Her colleagues Linda and Marie Olive have also always been superb and I can not speak highly enough of the team in J Barter, Douglas Village Shopping Centre.
