  I wanted 3 baby grows with something printed on them. So I called jackandjade and I explained what I wanted and if they were interested in such a small order and they said they would do it. So I purchased the 3 baby grows and called over to the shop and explained what I wanted on them. They said they were busy and would be a few days that suited because our baby was coming that week and we were quiet busy ourselves. That was back in September and no sign, I did ring a few times in September and was told were still really busy and was reassured that it would be done. In December I said I'd ring again and asked just for the baby grows back as I had lost all interest in getting them printed at this stage, I just wanted to get the value out of what I bought so I gave them my address to post them. Now we are in March and still no sign. Now I know it wasn't a big order it was only 3 baby grows and they weren't expensive, they should have just told us that they had no interest we would have gotten them done somewhere else but we went for the local option and they said they would do it. Disappointed with the whole thing. Pauric
