  Good range of casual and athletic clothing and footwear. Store feels quite small inside ; only one changing room for trying on. Staff are generally available and helpful. Prices are comparable to other stores - mostly full price unless there is a sale on.

  Terrible staff in (JD Blanchardstown shopping center) very bad staff they don’t care about customers they let you feel just you want to leave the place.. they get paid but no one cares about their business .....

  Bought a pair of runners. Both size 5 but about an inch in the difference.

  Had a pair of runners bought for me on the 16th of June 2017 they were bought online in the store using the kiosk, ordered for home delivery..3 weeks later still no sign of them, went to the store in Blanchardstown to enquire to be told they were lost im transit, yet I hadnt been notified or contacted about this, all the while the tracking kept showing in transit. When I went to the store I was told that I had to contact CS to obtain a refund, I wasnt given an option of replacemet just a refund. I have made contact 3 times to JD customer support to try and get the money back an I am still no further. This is an absolute farce to be honest, I was promised the sun moon abd stars today, even promised an email of the reciept of the refund....surprise surprise still no refund. One very very dissatisfied customer that wont be purchasing from JD again.

  Just got off the phone there to one of the rudest managers she is woman not helpful at all omg I'll have to wait to talk to the male manager because he was a gentleman.
